You Will Need:
- 1 Cup Raw Broccoli- cut into florets
- 1 Cup Raw Cauliflower – cut into florets Cheddar cheese – cut into blocks
- 1/4 Red Onions finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cooked Bacon
Method: Layer all ingredients on a platter.
- 1 Spoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Heaped Spoon Smooth Cottage Cheese
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 Spoon chopped Coriander
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method: Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and runny.
