You Will Need:

  • 1 Cup Raw Broccoli- cut into florets
  • 1 Cup Raw Cauliflower – cut into florets Cheddar cheese – cut into blocks
  • 1/4 Red Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cooked Bacon

Method: Layer all ingredients on a platter.

Dressing:

  • 1 Spoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 Heaped Spoon Smooth Cottage Cheese
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Spoon chopped Coriander
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method: Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and runny.
