You Will Need:

  • 2 Cups Baby Spinach
  • ½ Cup Julienne Beets
  • ½ Cup Julienne Carrots
  • ½ Cup Feta Cheese
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

On platter: Layer baby spinach, beets, carrots, feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes

Dressing: Use Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar to dress this salad plus salt & pepper to taste if you prefer
